What Clients Say About Us
I've used Gambini Lux several times now, and each time the driver was so helpful in setting me up with wheelchair service at the airport. Every time, the driver was on time and super professional. I will continue to use this car service.
I cannot recommend this company enough! Raquel and Giancarlo were excellent and friendly drivers. We felt like celebrities driving in the luxury SUVs! My mom has limited mobility, and they had step stools to help her inside the car. They handled our luggage, and navigated the cruise terminals and airports with ease. Very professional, clean, and luxurious!
Giancarlo and his team have provided beyond exceptional service. The vehicles are immaculately clean. He is always responsive and respectful in communication; his drivers are always punctual, and are always professional in demeanor and conduct, I wish every business was run with this kind of attention to detail and to customer comfort.
We had a late pick up and the flight was an hour late.our driver was there on time got us home and brought our giant suit cases into the house. Polite,, friendly and professional, we will use them again!
This was a great choice for my mom and myself. We traveled from AZ to Seattle for a cruise. They were friendly, helpful and had great communication. We had a great experience being transported from airport to ship. I would recommend this company to everyone! Thank you for a great experience 🙏🏼
Highly recommend Gambini Lux! The communication about our transportation to our hotel and to the pier was very thorough and detailed. Vehicles were clean, detailed, and spotless. Upon our return from cruise, Raquel picked us up within less than 10 min of departing the ship. She provided an awesome tailored tour of the city. She knew lots of neat and unique facts about the city. The stops were amazing and a great end to our vacation. Raquel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our tour. She even found a great spot for us to eat! Raquel gave us an excellent tour with the final stop at the falls!! Amazing and beautiful sights!!
We had an amazing experience with Ganbini Lux during our visit to Seattle. Giancarlo was extremely professional, responsive, and communicative from the moment we booked, throughout our arrival at the airport, and during the entire tour experience. The vehicles were spotless and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like water, heated and cooled seats, and even massage chairs. Giancarlo was training Caroline during our tour, and she was absolutely wonderful as well. She took beautiful pictures of my husband and me throughout the day and helped make the experience feel personal and memorable. What we appreciated most was that we never felt rushed. We were able to see so many incredible places, including beautiful waterfalls and scenic spots we never would have discovered on a typical tour. They were also incredibly gracious to include a quick lunch stop within our tour and an unplanned stop at the T-mobile stadium since I am a huge baseball fan! Both Giancarlo and Caroline made the experience feel relaxed, luxurious, and genuinely welcoming even included a gorgeous tulip bouquet they purchased for me at our stop at Kerri Park. I would highly recommend Ganbini Lux, especially Giancarlo and Caroline, to anyone visiting Seattle and looking for a unique and high-quality tour and transportation experience.
